Internships are an opportunity for learning first, and getting work done second. We have been running a successful internship program for over 5 years, and each time, we get better at teaching students the ropes.
Each intern will work under the tutelage of a mentor, with no more than two interns to one mentor. Our mentors bring a lot of experience to the table, and some have been coaching at programmes like Alphacamp and TechLadies.
After the onboarding program, interns start work on their assigned client projects, alongside their mentors. Working on client projects can be tough and unforgiving, which is why we have a tough selection criteria even for interns.
It's not only about how much you can work, we take our fun seriously too! We have daily Fika (which means coffee time in Sweden) in the living room. If you're not getting work done, and having fun, you're doing it wrong.
Are you currently a second or third year undergraduate student? If the answer is yes then, WE WANT YOU!
We don't need you to be a straight A student. In fact, we do sometimes consider candidates with no formal education in the position they are applying for. What we look for instead are real, working examples of stuff you've done, and a drive to see things through. Show us your work on GitHub, StackOverflow, Dribbble, etc!
We typically take in about 6 interns each year during the summer, selected from a large pool of applicants from local universities, and sometimes from as far as universities in France. In 2017, we are exploring fielding internships all year round, without sacrificing on a quality program.
Don't take our word for it, hear it from the interns themselves.
